The company develops solutions based on a cloud video platform.

The company aims to cloudify video from cameras throughout Japan and around the world, creating a video platform that anyone in society can utilize. In other words, this means becoming the "third eye" for people. To reduce human labor, dispel anxiety, create time, and address social issues across all industries, the company is challenging itself to build the infrastructure of the next era—connecting cameras and all other video devices to the internet, allowing people to look out over the world from wherever they are.

■ Department Introduction and Mission of This Role 
The company's products support digital transformation (DX) in diverse industries such as construction, distribution, and retail through the fusion of hardware (cameras) and software (cloud analysis). Furthermore, in delivering the value of its own products to a wide range of industries, the company provides services by utilizing sales channels tailored to each specific industry.

In such a complex product system based on both the products themselves and the business models, the role of the Product Operations Manager is becoming increasingly important to achieve growth beyond anything seen before as a company—balancing product evolution with scalable operations while maximizing the value provided to the world.

A Product Operations Manager refers to a role that aims for optimization by designing, constructing, and managing the operations for product planning and development. Centered on supporting the product management organization, the company is recruiting a Product Operations Manager who can maximize product value by bridging products and business while involving relevant departments from a company-wide perspective and realizing efficiency for the entire organization. This position is within the Planning Headquarters, which often handles various operations, including coordination with the business side and support teams.

■Responsibilities
・Standardization and optimization of product management operational flows 
You will design and standardize cross-departmental operational flows, from product planning to improvement, pursuing efficiency and quality enhancement in development and operations. Additionally, you will define everything from product specification formulation to post-market rules, creating an environment where PdMs and development teams can focus on their essential tasks.

・Promotion of accelerating the release-to-feedback cycle 
In the release of new features and improvements, you will streamline the process from development to market launch and promote rapid releases. Furthermore, you will work on building planning and development flows that can constantly respond to market needs, such as systematizing information sharing and user notifications at the time of release and quickly reflecting user feedback back into the product.

・Decision-making support for product strategy and roadmap construction 
You will provide support for product managers and management to rationally formulate product strategies and roadmaps. For example, you will make recommendations on product direction and priority development themes based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal resources to support strategic decision-making.

・Solving operational challenges unique to hardware and cloud-linked products 
You will visualize and drive the resolution of operational challenges arising from the complex characteristics of linking physical devices with the cloud. For example, you will analyze a wide range of issues—such as camera installation and on-site troubleshooting—in collaboration with relevant departments to achieve both workload reduction in the field and stable product operation.

・Support for operational efficiency through collaboration with sales and customer support teams 
You will promote the sharing of information such as product FAQs and troubleshooting guides and listen to product-related issues. By balancing the improvement of customer experience with the optimization of internal operations, the individual will support the efficient activities of the sales and customer support teams.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Any of the following experience (3+ years): ① Experience working as a Product Operations Manager (Product Ops) ② Hands-on experience as a Product Manager at a business company (Web/SaaS company or company handling IoT/devices) ③ Experience working on BPR consulting, business consulting, IT consulting, or planning formulation/execution at a consulting firm ④ Experience involved in designing operations aimed at improving internal business efficiency 【Preferred】・Experience driving cross-departmental projects ・Experience launching new ventures in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders ・Experience as a leader in an organization encompassing multiple job functions 【Ideal Applicants】 • Empathy with the company's vision • Able to take ownership of any internal challenge as your own • Strong at identifying issues and translating them into concrete solutions • Smooth communicator with stakeholders, proactively taking action to maximize team value • Understands the importance of “systematization,” “efficiency,” and “standardization,” and is motivated to improve productivity and streamline operations • Respects both technical and operational perspectives and wants to serve as a bridge between them
