We are seeking Web Engineers to support our business expansion.
We have two Ruby committers on our team, so if you are interested in pursuing technology with a focus on Ruby, please apply!

【Job Description】
You will be responsible for contract development of web applications using Ruby as the core technology.
Your responsibilities will include requirements definition, system design, front-end development, back-end development, infrastructure setup, and post-release testing and maintenance.
In the future, we expect you to thrive as a full-stack engineer, handling front-end development, infrastructure, and more.

[Development Environment]
・Primary Programming Language: Ruby
・Framework: Ruby on Rails
・Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
・Cloud Services: Amazon AWS
・Development Tools: Git, Docker

[Project Characteristics]
Duration:
Approximately 3 months to 3 years. Most projects last around 1 year.
Since each engineer typically works on a single project, you will be able to engage deeply in service development.

Project Examples:
・Development of e-learning systems
・Fintech-related development
・Development of cloud services for healthcare and nursing care for our group company, Kanamic Network Co., Ltd.
・Projects conducted in English for our subsidiary in Singapore, etc.
We provide comprehensive development support from upstream to downstream, ranging from the modification of existing web services to startup development.

・Hybrid remote work: You will work in the office or from home depending on the nature of the work.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements (Development Skills)] ・3+ years of development experience with Ruby on Rails. [Mandatory Requirements (Soft Skills)] ・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher ・Currently a resident of Japan. [Preferred Requirements] ・Frontend technologies such as React and Vue.js. ・Database/network technologies. ・Web security technologies. ・Development experience in upstream processes. ・Development experience utilizing AI tools. ・English proficiency.
