This role involves the contract development of web applications, with Ruby as the core technology. The responsibilities include requirements definition, system design, front-end and back-end development, infrastructure setup, and post-release testing, maintenance, and operation. There is an opportunity to grow into a full-stack engineer, taking on broader responsibilities in areas like front-end development and infrastructure.

[ Development Environment ]
・Primary programming language: Ruby.
・Framework: Ruby on Rails.
・Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
・Cloud service: Amazon AWS.
・Development tools: Git, Docker.

[ Project Characteristics ]
・Duration: Projects typically range from 3 months to 3 years, with many lasting about one year.
・We operate on a one-person, one-project system, allowing for deep involvement in service development.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements (Development Skills)] ・3+ years of development experience with Ruby on Rails.
