Based on your experience and preferences, you'll handle tasks such as product and equipment mechanical design, casing design, jig design, and analysis and evaluation. ・Plastic Interior Design: Select and design plastics used for vehicle interiors. Create designs that balance lightness and durability to improve vehicle comfort.

2. Aerospace
・Rotorcraft Equipment Design and Development: Design critical components that support the movement of aircraft wings. This requires designs that balance high reliability and safety.
・Development of Hydraulic Equipment for Rockets: Design hydraulic systems that can withstand harsh space environments, contributing to safe and successful rocket launches.

3. Medical Devices

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Requirements【Experience】 No academic background required At least one year of experience in the following tasks (Design and development (mechanism and chassis design of products and equipment using 3D CAD, etc.), experiments and evaluations around design, various analyses, production engineering work, etc.) ■Required Requirements【No experience】 Experience in the relevant business at a vocational school, technical college, university, or graduate school *Example (1) For electrical/electronic designers, those with experience in electrical and electronic circuits. 2) For mechanical designers, those with experience in 4 mechanics, mechanical drafting, and CAD. Initial placement will be considered in your preferred area during the first two months of employment.
From February to May 2023, 93% of employees were assigned to their desired locations for their initial placement.

Company Housing:
Corporate housing is available (family housing, single-person housing, or individual housing).
Costs range from ¥20,000 to ¥40,000 per month (utility expenses to be borne by the resident).
