■Responsibilities
・Application Development
Developing the camera video management system for enterprise clients.
Example: A web application for the secure, centralized management of cameras and user accounts.
Developing device management systems for dealer sales.
Developing an MLOps platform for AI developers.

・Frontend Shared Infrastructure Development
Developing the UI library in close collaboration with the design team.
Developing the no-code and low-code platform infrastructure.
Driving improvements to CI/CD and enhancing the developer experience.

【Core Responsibilities】
・Application Development
You will be broadly involved in the upstream processes of application development, including requirements definition and specification planning, in addition to hands-on frontend implementation.

Your work will start with understanding and analyzing customer challenges, followed by proposing functional requirements to solve them. You will then collaborate with the backend team and other technical divisions to translate these into feasible specifications, accounting for non-functional requirements like performance and security.

Although the team is organized by function, you will hold daily stand-up meetings with the backend team, ensuring their tasks are transparent. If you are interested, frontend members can also contribute to backend development, providing an opportunity to excel as a full-stack engineer.

・Shared Frontend Infrastructure Development
The team is focusing on improving development efficiency by creating a common code library for UI components and utility functions that can be used across multiple products. The team has introduced a process to review designs before coding and is actively working on developing low-code/no-code tools that can automatically generate code from those design documents.

Even though this work doesn't directly involve application development, you'll have opportunities to leverage your technical skills and creativity on secondary developments that contribute to overall efficiency. The environment encourages you to proactively propose improvements for the developer experience (DX), such as enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

・Team Management
You will support the technical growth of team members through design and code reviews.
You will be involved in creating frameworks for member training, continuously planning and executing initiatives that support ongoing professional development.

・Monthly feedback meetings.
・Explicit documentation of technical skills and performance evaluation metrics.
・Creating and regularly updating a team skills map.
・Planning task assignments to ensure growth opportunities.
