■What is the AI Solution Platform Promotion Office?
The AI Solution Platform Promotion Office is a team of Product Managers dedicated to creating the future of AI solutions with a focus on real-world social implementation.

The office is building a platform designed to mass-produce AI business solutions for clients and developers by focusing on three pillars: 1) making data utilization easy, 2) simplifying AI generation and retraining, and 3) streamlining business development.
This is a new initiative that embodies the company's mission to "create the future from video data." The team aims to lead the transformation into an AI platform provider that solves on-site challenges, delivering new value to diverse sectors like caregiving and construction. You'll have the rewarding opportunity to exercise product ownership and realize a significant social impact through the real-world deployment of AI technology.

■Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning AI solutions that run on the AI Solution Platform (a system using MLOps within the Safie Cloud that enables AI development and delivery to cameras).

Planning AI solutions necessary for the company's business through market research and customer interviews.
Defining requirements and determining priorities from a business perspective.
Managing the development for AI solution planning on the platform, collaborating with internal and external product developers and designers.
Analyzing user insights and translating them into functional requirements.
Designing metrics, conducting data analysis, and managing project progress.
Collaborating with customers, sales, and customer success teams.

■Position Highlights
In this position, you will be able to drive the construction of AI solutions that run on the platform, involving a variety of stakeholders. By handling this process end-to-end, you will gain the knowledge and product management skills needed to turn video-based AI into tangible products. The fulfillment and sense of achievement that come from involving and leading diverse teams is also a key appeal of this role.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience in any of the following: ・Planning, project management, or product management experience in web services, SaaS, or PaaS domains ・AI solution/AI product development experience ・Experience working on business or IT strategy, planning formulation, and implementation at a consulting firm (experience in DX/AI-related fields is preferred) ・Experience identifying needs through market research and customer interviews, translating them into concrete service and technical requirements, and leading the process from product/feature planning through to the development phase 【Preferred】 ※Experience in any of the following: ・Experience in planning and developing services/technologies by thoroughly understanding customer needs and organizing service/technical requirements (3+ years) ・Ability to develop plans based on market/customer research and data analysis ・Skill in simplifying complex challenges into clear business requirements ・Experience in B2B/B2C services from planning through launch ・Project management skills involving diverse stakeholders ・Ability to think from the user's perspective ・Understanding of both technology and service aspects ・Knowledge and experience with image recognition AI/generative AI technologies and related products 【Ideal Applicants】・Empathy with our company vision ・Prioritizes the user perspective and tackles fundamental challenges ・Able to act autonomously ・Able to engage and drive progress while gaining understanding and empathy from diverse internal and external stakeholders ・Thrives in and adapts flexibly to rapidly changing environments ・Enjoys challenging new and unfamiliar endeavors
