These solutions include order management systems, order matching engines, and smart routers. The division also offers 24/7 monitoring and support services for financial institutions' core systems. We are expanding our team to strengthen our support capabilities.


■ Job Description
-  Provide level-1/level-2 support and monitoring services for financial systems running globally.
- Perform system troubleshooting, execute routing checks and system health checks.
- Handle incidents reported via hotline and email, and collaborate with level-2/level-3 supports following the escalation procedures.
- Perform event logging and regular reporting of system status.
- Maintain and deliver quality operation services based on standards, policies and operating procedures.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Qualifications and Skills - Speak business-level English - JLPT N2 certification or equivalent Japanese language proficiency - Basic PC operational knowledge and skills are required. Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines is preferred. - Flexible to work on shift duties for supporting 24x7 operation. ■Preferred Qualifications - Solid working experience in service desk operations for financial applications is highly preferred. - Experience in monitoring tools (e.g. JP1, Elasticsearch) and ticketing system (e.g. JIRA, Redmine) is preferred. - Self-motivated and capable to work under pressure. - Good communication skills and able to liaise between level-2/level-3 support.

■Assumed annual salary
- Monthly salary: ¥210,000 or more
- Expected annual income: ¥2,520,000 or more
- Bonus: None
- Pay raise: Reviewed upon contract renewal


■Working hours
Three-shift system operating 24/7, 365 days a year
Start and end times for shifts are determined by the company at the end of each month for the following month.
The company designates five working days per week in principle, ensuring that the average weekly working hours do not exceed 40 hours. Shifts are assigned from the following three patterns:

1．Start: 7:00, End: 15:15
2．Start: 15:00, End: 23:15
3．Start: 23:00, End: 7:15
　Shifts outside these patterns may be assigned depending on company needs.
