Seeking candidates who are eager to support companies by providing consulting services and implementing products related to GRCS, a pressing challenge in modern corporate management.


■ Job Description
As a GRC-IT Security Consultant, you will participate in consulting projects related to strengthening IT security as well as governance, risk, and compliance.

＜ Job Details ＞
- Conduct risk assessments (interviews and current state analysis)
- Identify and report on risk issues
- Propose solutions

＜ Main Project Examples ＞
- Developing mid-term plans for addressing cybersecurity risks
- Conducting risk assessments of security frameworks, and formulating/revising policies
- Building and supporting compliance frameworks and their operations
- Consulting on the development of internal control systems and governance frameworks
- Supporting the establishment of internal audit and monitoring systems
- Consulting on the creation of risk management frameworks and conducting risk evaluations

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Skills - 2+ years of consulting experience in GRCS-related fields or - 3+ years of experience on the user side in any of the following GRCS-related areas: planning, implementation, design, proposal, or operations ■Preferred Qualifications - Experience as a system engineer - Experience in sales or pre-sales - Experience in project management, delivery, or upselling for solo projects - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and upselling ■Desired Characteristics - Proactive and able to take initiative - A strong team player - Willing to challenge areas outside of their expertise - Able to sincerely engage in tasks, even if they may seem unimportant at first glance

■Assumed annual salary
Annual salary: 5 - 10 million yen
Bonus: Twice a year (2 months of base salary)
Salary increase: Once a year (salary revision)

Standard working hours: 8 hours per day

*Working hours depend on the project and the work style of the resident company.
