Job Description

You will be responsible for lead delivery in some areas as a project member in the following projects with major customers in various industries.

Industry Examples
・Manufacturing industry: Automobile, general electric appliances, heavy industry, machine tools, etc.
・Financial industry: Central bank, life insurance, online life insurance, non-life insurance, online bank, securities, online securities, etc.
・Telecommunication industry: telecommunication carriers, IT, etc.
・Retail Industry: Department stores, cosmetics, etc.

In addition to the above, the company's clients include leading companies in the industry, including government agencies, gaming, housing, and general trading companies.

Project Examples
・IT Strategy Planning / IT Mid- and Long-term Roadmap Development
・Company-wide cloud infrastructure grand design
・Company-wide digital transformation planning concept
・Analysis of current business/organizational/system status/RPA selection/implementation/implementation
・Private/public cloud implementation
・Business efficiency improvement/business restructuring through the use of AI
・Digital work style transformation plan using IoT
・Planning/promotion of new business using disruptive technology, etc.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・Experience in system development (regardless of infrastructure/application) or IT consulting (2+ years) ・Ability to think logically, high communication skills ・Providing services using business systems ・Experience in customer negotiation with clients 【Preferred】・Deep analytical skills on customer issues and the ability to construct approaches to problem solving ・Highly motivated to grow with the company ・Experience as a team leader ・Intermediate or higher level of English language skills. 【Ideal Applicants】・Willing to contribute to solving clients' management issues by utilizing the latest technology and management know-how. ・Willingness to be involved in business management not only as a consultant but also as a candidate for executive management. ・Able to think and act independently ・Have the ability to think logically and flexibly ・Enjoys taking on challenges ・Strong commitment to achieving goals, and the ability to get others involved to drive things forward ・Actively participate in the development of new services and new offerings, and be willing to create new value that does not yet exist in the world.
