Job Description

As a manager candidate, you will be responsible for career management of the company's senior consultant to analyst level, quality assurance of the overall project and team, building relationships with major clients (general manager and general manager level), new project creation, and project delivery.

Industry Examples
・Manufacturing industry: Automobile, general electric appliances, heavy industry, machine tools, etc.
・Financial industry: Central bank, life insurance, online life insurance, non-life insurance, online bank, securities, online securities, etc.
・Telecommunication industry: telecommunication carriers, IT, etc.
・Retail Industry: Department stores, cosmetics, etc.

In addition to the above, the company's clients include leading companies in the industry, including government agencies, gaming, housing, and general trading companies.

Required Skills and Experiences

【MUST】・3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, requirements definition, design, construction, operation and maintenance, and other IT lifecycle related activities. ・3+ years of experience in system development or 2+ years of PM/PL experience (regardless of application/infrastructure) ・Ability to deeply analyze customer issues and build approaches to solve problems ・Ability to think logically and high communication skills ・Experience in providing services using business systems ・Experience in customer negotiation with clients 【WANT】・Experience in IT consulting at a consulting firm or Sler ・Experience as a PM in projects of 6-10 people or more ・Experience as a PL in projects of 2-4 people or more 【Ideal Applicants】・Willing to contribute to solving clients' management issues by utilizing the latest technology and management know-how. ・Willingness to be involved in business management not only as a consultant but also as a candidate for executive management. ・Able to think and act independently ・Have the ability to think logically and flexibly ・Enjoys taking on challenges ・Strong commitment to achieving goals, and the ability to get others involved to drive things forward ・Actively participate in the development of new services and new offerings, and be willing to create new value that does not yet exist in the world.
