Job Description

In the company's Product Development Group, you will design electrical and electronic circuits for a variety of products, including control panel coolers, precision air conditioning equipment, environmental improvement equipment, and liquid temperature control equipment. You will participate in the development of new products that are "world firsts" and "industry firsts" by devising the optimal specifications and UI for the customer, understanding the operating principles of the products, and assembling control systems with your own hands.

◇Responsibilities
・Product specification study
・Circuit design, pattern design
・Compliance with standards (safety standards, EMC)
・Mass production start-up and outsourcing management

◇People from diverse industries play an active role in the company.
Automotive, industrial machinery, control equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, factory automation, robots, white goods, precision equipment, communication equipment, OA equipment, power generation equipment

【Working Environment】
There are eight product categories alone, and several hundred products in series and sizes.
Every year, 2-3 new series are developed, and the value-added products are developed with a focus on "products that do not exist in the industry" or "products at a level that other companies cannot achieve.
As a result, the operating profit margin has averaged 35% over the past five years, and will exceed 40% in FY2022.

Since development functions are concentrated in the Osaka Head Office, there will be no transfers for the time being.

Required Skills and Experiences

◇MUST ・Experience in any of the following at an electrical/electronic/control equipment/mechanical/industrial equipment/precision equipment manufacturer 　3+ years of experience in circuit design 　3+ years of experience in embedded control ◇WANT ・Knowledge and experience in air conditioning equipment and development ・Knowledge and experience in microcomputer development ・Experience in temperature control ・Experience in PID control ・Able to challenge actively with curiosity in new technical fields or outside of your area of expertise.

127 days (planned for 2024) / 2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) / 3 times a year on Saturdays and Sundays
