■Monthly salary system. 
・Monthly base salary: $239,540 to $296,060 JPY. 
・Includes a fixed overtime allowance $17,040 to $21,060 JPY (for 10 hours/month. Overtime exceeding 10 hours is paid separately.) 
・Total monthly salary (including fixed allowance): $256,580 to $317,120 JPY. 
■Salary review is conducted. 
■Overtime allowance is provided. 
■Bonuses are paid twice yearly (July and December), dependent on company performance.

Standard Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (8 hours of scheduled work)
Break Time: 60 minutes
Overtime: Available (The average is 20 hours per month.)
