Provides end-to-end support for foreign-affiliated companies, primarily in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, ranging from consulting to development and operation, centered on ERP solutions. Over half of the top 20 global pharmaceutical and medical device companies by sales are clients, demonstrating high specialization.

Seeking bilingual (Japanese/English) engineers due to business expansion.


▶ Job Overview
Serves as a core project team member, handling everything from requirements definition and design to development and operation/maintenance.
As a prime vendor, establishes long-term trust with clients, supports smooth business operations, and handles various proposals and execution for system implementation and operation.

＜ Key Responsibilities ＞
Participation in the following projects as a System Engineer:
・Development projects (from requirements definition and design to development, operation, and maintenance)
・Maintenance development and additional development for currently supported systems
・Introduction and support of EDI systems

Actively engage in system development using no-code/low-code tools, in addition to scratch development.

＜ Project Details ＞
・Duration: 6 months to 2 years
・Team Size: Approximately 5 to 15 members (Company members only)
・Average case load per person is approximately 5 projects
・Clients: Roughly 50/50 split between foreign-affiliated companies (15+ countries) and Japanese companies. Examples include pharmaceutical/medical device industry, sportswear, food. Over 90% are prime vendor projects.

・Active members range from their 20s to 60s.
・Specialists are employed, including those with 10 to 20 years of ERP package implementation experience at top-tier foreign-affiliated ERP vendors and major SIers.

Required Skills and Experiences

▶ Mandatory Requirements ・3+ years of experience in designing and developing business systems for enterprise clients. ・Experience using open-source development languages such as Java, C, or .NET. ・Knowledge of SQL statements. ・Business-level Japanese proficiency (document creation, email, meeting correspondence, etc.). ▶ Preferred Requirements ・Knowledge and experience with databases. ・Knowledge and experience in infrastructure domains such as network, cloud, etc. ・Business-level English proficiency (document creation, email, teleconference, customer support, etc.)
