Recruiting new engineers to expand the commissioned development business utilizing the cloud. *The company was ranked in the FT High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2023, organized by the Financial Times (including companies like SHIFT and freee), indicating rapid growth and anticipating a further increase in projects.

[Job Overview] 
Participate as a core member in the design and development of web services. 
Focus on feature development to improve customer business efficiency and performance.

◆Specific Responsibilities
Primarily develop web services running on cloud platforms like AWS and Heroku. Assignments include screen development and server-side development (update processes, batches), reflecting individual will and skill. 100% of commissioned development work is performed internally.

・Do not merely implement requested specifications. Develop while actively discussing with members and clients to break down requests, understand target business goals, and determine optimal functionality and implementation methods. 
・Projects vary in scale, from a few members to dozens (annual budgets range from millions to hundreds of millions of yen).

[Development Environment] 
・Pursue development methods that achieve both "speed" and "high quality" required for business systems, realizing more features with less code. 
・Engineers freely choose editors (Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ, Atom, Eclipse, etc.). 
・Automation is encouraged, including Jenkins for automated testing and analysis/action to automate routine work. 
・Development methods, such as Agile, are flexibly adapted to project characteristics. 
・Internal events are planned and held to boost productivity, allowing the adoption of best practices.
