[ Job Overview ]
We provide in-house services and contracted development for industries that focus on "mobility" such as railroads, buses, and logistics.
As an SE, you will be involved in everything from basic design to development, testing, implementation, operation, and maintenance, supporting the future of social infrastructure with technology.

[ Main Responsibilities ]
・Basic design (may also be responsible for defining requirements)
・Creation of detailed design documents
・Communicate design intent to PG and provide technical support
・Execution and review of development and testing processes
・Schedule and quality control in cooperation with PM/PL
・Analyze causes of defects and correct them when they occur.
・Maintenance, improvement, and addition of functions
・Technical negotiation and coordination

We are looking for a system engineer who can work immediately to increase the number of new in-house service development projects and contracted development projects scheduled in the future.
One of our objectives is not only to strengthen our development resources, but also to "promote in-house production" to strengthen our in-house development system. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the improvement of our technical capabilities and accumulation of knowledge while making the most of his/her past experience.

[ Working Environment ]
There are 7 foreign engineers working at the site.
In addition, two foreign engineers are scheduled to join our company in the near future!

Required Skills and Experiences

[ Mandatory Requirements ] ・Experience (3 years or more) in system development of consumer (B to C or B to B to C) web systems/applications/business systems, etc. ・Experience in designing requirements such as basic design, detailed design, etc. ・Experience in one of the development languages such as Java, PHP, Python, C++, C#, etc. ・Understanding of SQL, experience in RDB design (MySQL/PostgreSQL, etc.) ・Experience in planning and executing unit tests to system tests ・Basic communication skills with project members and project manager [ Preferred Requirements ] ・Track record of building new systems (not limited to enhancement or customization). ・Proficiency in upstream processes, including requirements definition. ・Familiarity with frameworks (Laravel, SpringBoot, React, etc.). ・Development skills in Java. ・Background in infrastructure building. ・Hands-on use of development environment tools such as CI/CD tools, Docker, and Git. ・Holding development-related certifications (e.g., Fundamental/Applied Information Technology Engineer Examination).
