[ Job Overview ]
We provide systems for DX purposes to our main customers in the mobility industry (business areas that support the "movement" of people and goods, such as railroads, buses, and logistics).
In this position, you will be responsible for overall project management as a project manager for new development of our own services and contracted development for our clients. The role is to promote development through negotiations, requirement coordination, and other interactive activities with clients.
(This position is not a supervisory position, but rather a position that allows you to focus on project management.)

[ Main Responsibilities ]
・Overall project management and progress management
・Promote upstream processes, negotiate with customers
・QCD management
・Assignment planning, task management, progress management
・Coordination with stakeholders, contracts
・Preparation of reporting materials, quotations, proposals, etc.
・Analysis of results, knowledge sharing, etc.

We are looking for a person who can work immediately as a project manager in anticipation of an increase in the number of new in-house service development projects and contracted development projects scheduled in the future.
One of our objectives is not only to strengthen our development system but also to promote in-house production. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the improvement of our technical capabilities and accumulation of knowledge while making the most of his/her past experience.

[ Working Environment ]
There are 7 foreign engineers working at the site.
In addition, two foreign engineers are scheduled to join our company in the near future!

[ In-house Languages ]
Although foreign nationals are active in the company, all communication is conducted in Japanese.

Required Skills and Experiences

[ Mandatory Requirements ] ・Project Management (PM) track record (3+ years) in Web systems, application, or business system development projects. ・Proficiency in team and vendor management. ・Demonstrated ability in project operations, including WBS creation, progress tracking, and issue/risk management. ・Foundational knowledge of system management processes, infrastructure, and cloud technologies. ・Proven success in coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders, including clients and partners. [ Preferred Requirements ] ・Background in managing and executing multiple projects concurrently. ・Skills in estimation, cost, and profit management. ・Background in system development and infrastructure building. ・Possession of project management qualifications (e.g., PMBOK, PMP, or IPA Project Manager). Flexible working hours (core time 11:00~14:00)

[ Salary ]
・Monthly salary: 647,000~886,000 yen
*Includes fixed overtime (20 hours per month: ¥92,125~126,150).
*Overtime exceeding the fixed hours will be paid separately.
・Projected Annual Salary: ¥8 million – ¥11 million
*Includes bonuses.
・Salary increase: Once a year (April)
*However, salary increase depends on the evaluation of the previous year.
