[ Job Overview ]
As a PMO, you will promote standardization of project management, quality improvement, and operational efficiency in in-house services and contracted development projects for the "mobility" industry, including railroads, buses, and logistics. This position is responsible for managing the progress, issues, and risks of multiple projects from a cross-sectional perspective, and contributing to improving the success rate of projects throughout the organization by providing support to project managers, establishing internal rules, and conducting improvement activities.

[ Main Responsibilities ]
・Manage and report on the progress, issues, and risks of multiple projects.
・Support PM's planning and operation
・Creation and maintenance of various documents (plans, reports, etc.)
・Promote quality control and standardization across projects.
・Management process design and operation
・Establishment, visualization, and monitoring of quantitative indicators
・Coordination and communication support among stakeholders
・Project improvement proposals and knowledge sharing

[ Recruitment Background ]
We provide in-house services and contracted development for the mobility industry, including railroads, buses, and logistics, with multiple projects running concurrently. In this context, there is an urgent need to strengthen the PMO function to manage project quality, progress, and risk across the board and increase the success rate of projects throughout the organization.
In this position, you will support project managers while promoting standardization, visualization, and improvement activities, and contribute to the optimization of project operations, including negotiations and coordination with clients.

[ Working Environment ]
There are 7 foreign engineers working on site.
In addition, two foreign engineers are scheduled to join the company in the near future!

Although foreign nationals are active in the company, all communication is conducted in Japanese.

Required Skills and Experiences

[ Mandatory Requirements ] ・PM/PL/PMO track record (2+ years) in development projects for Web systems, applications, or business systems. ・Document creation skills, including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and WBS. ・Familiarity with project, progress, and issue management tools such as Backlog, Redmine, JIRA, or Asana. ・Ability to coordinate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders. [ Preferred Requirements ] ・Background in managing and executing multiple projects or experience supporting PMs. ・Skills in development process improvement, quality management, and knowledge management. ・Background in system development and infrastructure building. ・Possession of project management qualifications (e.g., PMBOK, PMP, or IPA Project Manager). ・Reporting skills using Excel or BI tools. [ Salary ]
・Monthly salary: ¥483,000~728,000
*Including fixed overtime (20 hours per month: 68,900~103,750).
*Excess of fixed overtime hours will be paid separately.
・Theoretical annual salary: 6-9 million yen
*Includes bonus.
・Salary increase: Once a year (April)
*However, salary increase depends on the evaluation of the previous year.
