Web application development / database construction in the new business creation department.

This division has so far developed a diverse range of products and services, including automated transport robots and healthcare applications.
As a member of a team that continues to take on new challenges with a sense of speed, this position is responsible for creating new businesses in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Specific duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for one or more of the following
(1) Web application development (front-end and back-end)
(2) Database construction
Data analysis

Required Skills and Experiences

Required (MUST) Experience in any of the following ・Web application development experience (HTML/CSS / JavaScript /Java/ Python /PHP) - 3 years or more ・Data analysis skills WELCOME (WANT) ・Experience using AI technology ・Experience in database construction (Oracle/ SQL Server/ PostgreSQL/ MySQL) ・Experience using cloud services (AWS, etc.) ・Experience as a data scientist

Core time: Yes (10:30-15:00)
Flexible hours: Yes 7:15-10:30, 15:00-22:00
Standard work hours: 8:30-17:00 (8:45-17:15 at Tokyo and Osaka branches)
Average monthly overtime: 30 hours or less
Both flexible and remote work are actively utilized in this department.

Regular employee
　Trial period: 6 months (3% reduction in base salary during the trial period)
Retirement age: 60 years old (however, there is a reemployment system after retirement)

Salary will be determined based on the current annual salary and past experience/skills.
