■ Job Description
In the "Advanced Technology Development Department," a development unit specializing in advanced technology, you will be responsible for the success of the products for which you are in charge.

■ Key Responsibilities
・Involved in all aspects of product planning, design, development, and operation.
・Design CX at all touch points where customers interact with the product.
・Identify user insights and issues by conducting user interviews and analyzing business metrics of the service, and conduct growth hacking.
・Define product requirements, taking into account market conditions and business requirements
・Alignment of business and technology
・Determine which features should be implemented in which releases of the product
・Decide which features should be implemented in which release of the product.
・Catch up on features that may be missing from business requirements such as generalization, security, etc.
・Accompanying the sales team in the development and implementation of a marketing plan
・Marketing plan development and implementation

　‐Industries: Commercial banks, investment banks, securities firms, etc.
　‐Project Duration: Many projects are long-term, spanning several years to decades, allowing for the development of industry expertise.
　‐Project Team Size: Tens to hundreds of members.
≪Social Infrastructure Division≫
　‐Industries: Electricity, gas, telecommunications, etc.
　‐Project Duration: Many projects are shorter, around six months to one year, matching those who want to be involved in various types of projects.
　‐Project Team Size: Approximately 5 to 20 members.

■ Annual salary
・Monthly 【Tokyo】 400,000 yen ～ *The above model monthly salary for Tokyo includes a regional allowance.
・Annual 【Tokyo】 6,500,000 - 10,000,000 yen *Annual salary is only a rough estimate and will be determined based on our company's regulations, taking experience and ability into consideration.
・Bonus: 3 times a year (March, June, and December)

■ Working hours
9:00 - 17:30 (45 minutes break / 7 hours and 45 minutes actual work) 
Off-peak working hours

■ Vacations and Vacations
