The SRE/Shared Platform Team's mission is to support the design, development, and operation of these growing services by leveraging cloud technology. The team automates system management and operational tasks, providing an environment where application engineers can focus on app development. They are also involved in the infrastructure design and construction of both in-house and commissioned services. ・The basic scope is listed; the range and content change per project.
・Scope related to Infrastructure: Requirements definition, external design, internal design, development, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, operation testing, operation and maintenance.
・May participate as an Advisor: Planning, requirements analysis.
・For operation and maintenance, the SRE/Shared Platform team is responsible for building automation mechanisms. Monitoring and daily operations are handled by the application team.
・Infrastructure construction is the responsibility of the Shared Platform team.
・Management of application programs and data is the responsibility of the application team.
