You will be engaged in operations support for Microsoft solutions within our support center. We have a wide range of positions available, from member-level to lead, management, and specialist roles. ■Technical Problem Solving
You will handle a wide range of issues, including Windows operation, application installation, BitLocker (encryption), and Windows Update errors. You will also be involved in complex troubleshooting for mass PC deployments using technologies like Windows Autopilot and Task Sequences.

■Management and Patch Application
You will lead the investigation and resolution of issues related to device management using Intune and the application of large-scale updates using WSUS.

■Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
You will cooperate with your team and other departments to document and share solutions and workarounds for problems.
