Job Description

[Job Overview]
It is a task to incorporate attendance patterns tailored to each end-user into the system based on the configuration table of the attendance management system (TeamSpirit).

[Key Responsibilities]
・Responsible for the introduction/setting, various customizations, external system integration, operation/maintenance, improvement proposals, etc., of "TeamSpirit (an attendance management package on Salesforce)" for the purpose of streamlining company attendance management and man-hour management.
・Negotiation with end-users is included (upstream process / requirements organization)
・The main role is to incorporate attendance patterns tailored to users into the system based on the standard functions (configuration table) of TeamSpirit.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・3+ years of web system development experience ➤Required to understand web system development processes ・1+ years of upstream process experience ※Knowledge of TeamSpirit is not required. Experience developing any attendance-related systems is preferred. ・Understanding of SQL ➤SOQL is used for integration with other systems. ・Business-level Japanese [Preferred Requirements] ・Experience in developing attendance management systems ・Experience with Salesforce ・Individuals who enjoy communication

Permanent employee. Probation period: 3 months.

[Expected Annual Salary]
■Type: Monthly Salary System
■Monthly Salary: 333,000 JPY — (Scaling based on experience)
■Base Salary: 258,000 JPY —
■Fixed Overtime Pay: 45,000 JPY — per month (included in the monthly salary)
■Management Allowance: 30,000 JPY per month (included)
■Bonuses: Paid twice a year (subject to company performance).
■Salary Increase: Evaluated once a year.
Note: Final annual income will be determined based on experience and skill sets.

・Commutation Allowance: Reimbursed according to company regulations.
・Overtime Allowance: Paid for any hours worked exceeding the fixed overtime threshold.

・Annual Income: 5.75 Million JPY
・Profile: 7th year with the company / General Manager (Equivalent to Section Manager)
・Breakdown: Monthly salary of 430,000 JPY + Bonuses

Standard Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (8 hours of scheduled work)
Break: 60 minutes
