Job Description

[Job Overview]
Web system development and mobile development for a certain food service chain. The company undertakes the DX of restaurants in general, and within that, works by dividing into various small teams. (Ex. functional development of serving robots, questionnaires after ordering, etc.)

[Key Responsibilities]
・Basically develop with waterfall
・Detailed business content has releases in short-term spans, and mobile development is the main
・Backend is centered on API development (often uses Python)

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Mobile development experience ・Web development experience (JavaScript frameworks/languages such as React) ・Business-level Japanese [Preferred Requirements] ・Either AWS or Google Cloud (GCP) ・Python or Go programming language ・Experience building web APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks ・Experience with some Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool (e.g., Terraform)

[Expected Annual Salary]
■Type: Monthly Salary System
■Monthly Salary: 333,000 JPY — (Scaling based on experience)
■Base Salary: 258,000 JPY —
■Fixed Overtime Pay: 45,000 JPY — per month (included in the monthly salary)
■Management Allowance: 30,000 JPY per month (included)
■Bonuses: Paid twice a year (subject to company performance).
■Salary Increase: Evaluated once a year.
Note: Final annual income will be determined based on experience and skill sets.

・Overtime Allowance: Paid for any hours worked exceeding the fixed overtime threshold.
