As business accelerates through major corporate partnerships, the company seeks an architect to lead technology selection and system design across multiple products. This role involves driving organizational growth from a technical perspective, including hiring and talent development, with a long-term view toward global expansion.

[Job Overview]
As a Senior Software Architect, lead both the organization and the product portfolio through technical selection, design, and quality improvement for the "Hayaimon" series. Working closely with the CTO, the successful candidate will drive technical strategy, organizational design, and development processes in alignment with business goals. This position focuses on technical leadership and hands-on practice rather than pure administration.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Lead technology selection and architectural design.
・Drive improvements in code quality and development productivity.
・Resolve technical product issues and optimize performance.
・Provide cross-functional leadership in implementation, design, and reviews.
・Identify technical risks in new and existing products and propose solutions.

Strengthen the engineering organization through recruitment and mentoring. (Work ratio: 60% Technical Design/Review, 30% Mentoring, 10% Recruitment)

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・At least 7 years of development experience in frontend or server-side engineering. ・Proven track record leading technology selection and architectural design. ・History of proactively improving code quality and development productivity. ・Comprehensive knowledge of web infrastructure and the ability to oversee entire system architectures. ・Strong interest and continuous passion for learning all aspects of engineering. [Preferred Requirements] ・Experience launching a 0-to-1 service, regardless of scale. ・Familiarity with building development foundations such as CI/CD and test automation. ・Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, serverless, containers, etc.). ・Demonstrated leadership in development process standardization or organizational improvements. ・Ambition to grow into a CTO, Technical Fellow, or VPoT role. ・Experience in management within an engineering organization. 667,000 JPY - 1,000,000 JPY (Base salary: 508,190 JPY+ / Fixed overtime allowance: 158,810 JPY+ for 40 hours per month. Excess overtime paid separately.)
