[Recruitment Background]
Following the rapid growth of the "Hayaimon Series," the company is expanding quickly with a view toward an upcoming IPO. As user experience (UX) is a critical factor for business success, the company is seeking a Frontend Engineer capable of delivering high usability and performance using cutting-edge technologies.

[Job Overview]
Mainly responsible for web frontend development using React and Chrome Extension development using TypeScript.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Development tasks: Handle implementation, adding test code, reviews, verification, and releases cross-functionally across the product lifecycle.
・Frontend development: Design and develop interfaces using React/Next.js and Chrome Extensions using TypeScript.
・Product lifecycle: Participate in the planning, design, implementation, testing, measurement, and improvement of both new and existing products/features.
・Problem-solving: Identify and resolve product-related issues.

・Engineering Manager: 1
・Frontend Engineers: 20 (including 2 also handling server-side)
・Server-side Engineers: 2

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Practical experience in modern frontend development using TypeScript (familiarity with build environments using tools such as Webpack or Vite). ・Background in developing applications that integrate with Web APIs. [Preferred Requirements] ・Hands-on experience with React-based frameworks. ・Proven track record in developing and releasing web applications. ・Ability to actively participate in discussions regarding technology selection. [Expected Annual Salary]
4,200,000 JPY - 7,000,000 JPY

[Monthly Salary]
350,000 JPY - 584,000 JPY (Base salary: 266,667 JPY+ / Fixed overtime allowance: 83,333 JPY+ for 40 hours per month. Excess overtime paid separately.)

[Working Hours]
・Flextime System
‐Core time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
‐Flexible time: Start 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM / End 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
‐Standard working hours: 8 hours per day (approx. 160 hours per month)
*Average monthly overtime: 14 hours (previous year's result)
・Remote work: 2 days per week for engineers / 1 day per week for business staff
