These solutions automate manual onsite tasks such as property data entry and vacancy confirmation. With implementation in over 3,500 stores nationwide, the company holds a top-tier market share and drives digital transformation across the industry.

Driven by the rapid growth of the "Hayaimon Series," the company is strengthening its organizational structure and product reliability in preparation for a future IPO. To achieve further business expansion and improved scalability, the team is seeking a server-side engineer to take ownership of product evolution.

[Job Overview]
Solve diverse product development challenges through technical expertise. Beyond server-side implementation, the successful candidate is expected to handle frontend tasks (React, Chrome Extensions) and take ownership of the entire process through to feature release.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Designing and implementing APIs for new "Hayaimon Series" features based on business strategy.
・Designing, developing, and operating Web APIs using Django and FastAPI.
・Managing database design and query optimization.
・Improving service reliability through monitoring, logging infrastructure, load balancing, and resolving technical debt.
・Contributing to technology selection and architectural design to support product growth.
・Developing frontend components using React/Next.js and Chrome Extensions.
・Addressing security vulnerabilities and ensuring system safety.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Over 3 years of professional experience in server-side development using full-stack frameworks such as Django (open to any programming language). ・Solid understanding of Relational Database (RDB) concepts and operations. ・Foundational knowledge of web application security. [Preferred Requirements] ・Hands-on experience developing microservices architectures using Go or Python. ・Background in development and operations utilizing AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, API Gateway, etc.). ・Experience in infrastructure construction and management using Terraform. ・Familiarity with building and operating data analysis foundations using AWS Batch, Glue, or Athena. [Expected Annual Salary]
5,000,000 JPY - 7,000,000 JPY

[Monthly Salary]
416,000 JPY - 584,000 JPY (Base salary: 316,952 JPY+ / Fixed overtime allowance: 99,048 JPY+ for 40 hours per month. Excess overtime paid separately.)

・Flextime System

‐Standard working hours: 8 hours per day (approx. 160 hours per month)
*Average monthly overtime: 14 hours (previous year's result)
・Remote work: 2 days per week for engineers / 1 day per week for business staff
