Following the rapid growth of the "Hayaimon Series," the company is strengthening its organization and development speed in preparation for an upcoming IPO. We are seeking an immediate-asset Full-Stack Engineer who can lead development from the planning stage to release without being limited to a specific technical domain. We expect you to accelerate product evolution through your broad technical expertise.

[Job Overview] 
Solve diverse product development challenges through technical expertise. Without being confined to a specific field, you will take charge of cross-functional implementations necessary for service growth, including Chrome Extensions (TypeScript), Web Frontend (React), Backend APIs (Django/FastAPI), and data analysis infrastructure. This position requires the drive to handle design, implementation, and verification independently—even for tasks with loosely defined specifications—to achieve speedy releases.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Frontend Development: Design and development using React/Next.js and Chrome Extension development using TypeScript.
・Server-side Development: API design and development primarily using Python (Django/FastAPI).
・Tech Selection and Design: Broad involvement from requirement definition for new features to selecting tech stacks and architectural design.
・Security: Addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring system security.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Over 3 years of professional experience covering both frontend and server-side domains in web service development. ・Modern frontend development experience using TypeScript (familiarity with build tools such as Webpack or Vite). ・Practical background in server-side development using full-stack frameworks like Django (open to any programming language). [Preferred Requirements] ・Development experience using Python. ・Hands-on experience with Django or FastAPI. ・Familiarity with React-based frameworks. ・Experience in building or improving CI/CD pipelines. 5,000,000 JPY - 7,000,000 JPY

[Monthly Salary]
416,000 JPY - 584,000 JPY (Base salary: 316,952 JPY+ / Fixed overtime allowance: 99,048 JPY+ for 40 hours per month. Excess overtime paid separately.)

Kayabacho Tower 12F, 1-21-2 Shinkawa, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
‐7-minute walk from Kayabacho Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line)

[Working Hours]
・Flextime System
‐Core time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
‐Flexible time: Start 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM / End 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
‐Standard working hours: 8 hours per day (approx. 160 hours per month)
*Average monthly overtime: 14 hours (previous year's result)
・Remote work: 2 days per week for engineers / 1 day per week for business staff

・125 annual holidays: Full weekends off (Sat/Sun), public holidays, New Year, and summer leave.
