【Job Description】
You will be responsible for developing the main control system (main board) for gaming machines (Pachinko/Pachislot). Using Assembly language, you will build the core logic for lotteries and payouts while maximizing hardware performance.

【Key Responsibilities】
・Development of control programs for the main board and payouts
　‐Implementation of win-determination (lottery processing) and calculation logic for payouts/disbursements.
　‐Control of peripheral hardware using Assembly language.
・Preparation of technical documents for type approval
‐Creation of technical documents submitted to government agencies to explain program specifications and structures.
‐Creation of verification data to ensure the machine’s payout rate complies with legal standards.
・Development of development support tools
‐Production of simulators and analysis tools to improve debugging efficiency.


【Work Environment】
◆Assigned Team: Main Software Team
The team consists of 8–12 members on average, with project durations of approximately 20–24 months.
◆Support After Joining:
Experienced engineers with a deep knowledge of the gaming industry will mentor and guide you.
◆Languages:

■In-house Development Machines:
Windows desktop computers with specs including a Core i7 CPU, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD, and 2TB HDD, paired with dual 24-inch displays.

Separate equipment provided for remote work.

Redmine, Git, Subversion.

・Salary: Based on our company's regulations (*2, *3)
・Salary increase
・Bonuses are paid twice a year (*3)

*3) Annual salary ÷ 14 months = 1 month's salary.
The remaining 2 months are paid in bonus months (July and December) for 1 month each.
