【Current Challenges】
In June 2024, the company released a new business platform designed to support corporate integration of Generative AI. This AI implementation infrastructure, which utilizes a proprietary Japanese LLM and high-precision Agentic RAG, is currently being deployed across enterprise-level organizations.

While the product serves as a standardized foundation, it is designed with the premise of being customized to meet specific client business requirements and existing system environments. Consequently, there is a growing volume of projects ranging from PoCs and production launches to RAG optimization and AI agent construction.

To adapt to each company's operational environment while maintaining product scalability, it is essential to balance technical decision-making with robust project management. The organization is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to play a central role in this mission.

【Your Role】
With a mission to solve client business challenges, you will lead DX (Digital Transformation) promotion projects for enterprise companies utilizing the company’s Generative AI implementation infrastructure.

The role involves participating from the proposal phase to drive the assessment of technical feasibility, architectural design, and the formulation of implementation roadmaps, taking into account client business challenges and existing system environments. While collaborating with consultants and engineers, the individual will drive the process end-to-end from requirements definition to production launch, balancing product scalability with adaptation to unique client environments.

Furthermore, you will provide feedback to the product team based on insights gained through projects, contributing to the advancement of Generative AI utilization and the scaling of the business.

■Responsibilities
・Advancing enterprise projects utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
・Technical investigation, technical consulting, and PoC planning/promotion during the proposal phase.
・Organizing technical and system requirements based on client business challenges and existing system environments.
・Determining technical feasibility and designing implementation architectures.
・Developing implementation roadmaps and formulating project plans.
・Project management (QCD management) in collaboration with engineers and consultants.
・Technical client negotiations, including scope adjustment and expectation management.
・Project management from PoC through to production launch.

Rather than handling isolated projects, the role involves providing continuous value through the utilization of a core product platform.

・Driving technical decision-making and architectural design for Generative AI integration within the core operations of major domestic manufacturing firms and other large enterprises. This role is not merely about progress management; it is about making key decisions at the intersection of technology and business.

・Abstracting insights gained from individual projects to influence the evolution of the SAT platform. The role goes beyond outsourced development, allowing involvement in creating mechanisms that can be scaled across the product horizontally.

・Taking a central role in advancing corporate Generative AI utilization at an implementation level by driving the entire process from proposal and design to deployment. This position offers the experience of leading the real-world social implementation of AI technology.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 *Meet all of the following ・3+ years of project management experience in system development projects. ・Experience driving end-to-end projects, from requirements definition and design to development and implementation. ・Experience in stakeholder management, including requirements organization and specification adjustments with clients. ・Foundational understanding of system architecture and cloud environments. ・Experience driving technical decision-making in collaboration with engineers. 【Preferred】・Knowledge of or project experience in AI, Machine Learning, LLM, or RAG. ・Experience in system implementation utilizing cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). ・Experience in system implementation projects for enterprise-level companies. ・Experience driving projects from the PoC stage through to production launch. ・Experience driving projects at consulting firms or System Integrators (SIers). 【Ideal Applicants】・Strong interest in enterprise transformation and the social implementation of Generative AI, with a high motivation to take on challenges in new technical domains. ・Ability to understand both technology and business, taking a proactive lead in decision-making and driving projects forward. ・Capacity to logically analyze and derive next steps for highly uncertain issues by organizing complex information effectively. ・Skill to involve diverse stakeholders—including clients, engineers, and internal parties—to facilitate consensus building. ・Ability to structure complex business challenges and translate them into actionable, technology-driven solutions. 【Others】・Able to reside in Japan ・Able to communicate fluently in Japanese, including on technical development matters *Required level: Business or higher
