Its mission is to migrate camera footage from across Japan and the world to the cloud, creating a video platform accessible to everyone in society. In other words, the company aims to become the "third eye" for humanity. By connecting all types of video devices, including cameras, to the internet, it is challenging itself to build the next generation of infrastructure that allows individuals to look across the world from wherever they are.

The company is a rapidly growing enterprise operating a SaaS business centered on security cameras and the cloud. By reducing manual labor, eliminating anxieties, and creating new time, it tackles social issues across various industries.

To achieve further business expansion and create new value, the company plans to launch a new business utilizing the technical foundation and expertise cultivated in its existing operations. It is currently seeking a Product Manager to play a core role in this new venture.

■Responsibilities
You will be responsible not for typical product development or improvement tasks, but for a broad scope of work focused on creating and scaling a security business that leverages video, AI, and IoT.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:
・Strategic planning and formulation of new businesses and products
・Designing and executing business models, sales channels, and operations
・Developing and driving product roadmaps
・Leading product development in collaboration with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders

■Service Overview
1. Smart Security System
This system enables "self-monitoring" for users by combining the company's cloud camera "human detection" feature with a newly developed strobe siren. It detects unauthorized entry during absences, deters intruders with sound and light, and automatically notifies administrators.
*Service launched on November 7, 2025

2. Centralized Video Management Web Application
A web application that allows users to manage and view multiple cloud cameras on a single screen. Features such as live/recorded footage viewing, snapshots, and movie clip saving are easily accessible, contributing to improved operational efficiency and labor savings across various sites.
*Case Study: Improving retail store operations.

3. Integrated Account & Device Management Web Application
A web application designed for the safe, centralized management of cloud cameras and user accounts. It combines enterprise-grade security with the ease of deployment unique to the cloud.
*Case Study: Secure and efficient management of a large number of cameras across multiple locations.

4. Cloud-Based Access Control Service
A cloud-based service that enables hands-free entry and exit via facial recognition. It is designed for easy deployment across multiple business locations.

Prioritizing "Business Vision" and "Execution" over domain or technical background
Rather than deep technical expertise, the company places the highest value on an individual's ability to design a business—addressing questions such as: "What are the customer's pain points?" Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience in any of the following: ・Proven track record of scaling businesses through product management ・Proven track record of successfully leading new business launches or the restructuring and growth of existing businesses, from planning through execution (e.g., business strategy formulation, business model design, market launch, and monetization) ・Experience in a business leadership role or equivalent position (such as department head, business unit manager, or executive-level role at a startup, where you were responsible for the P&L and balance sheet) 【Preferred】 Experience and skills in business conceptualization and execution, as well as collaboration with stakeholders, such as the following: ・Experience in developing sales and distribution strategies, as well as building business operations ・Strong communication skills and leadership to engage diverse stakeholders and drive projects forward effectively *Domain knowledge is not required
