[ Job Overview ]
Based on individual experience and preferences, a project role—including requirements definition, design, development, and maintenance—will be assigned for on-site work at our clients' locations.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required Skills & Experience - As a Backend engineer, at least 3 years of development experience (any phase is acceptable) - Proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing) (JLPT N2) *The Japanese language training in Japan will be conducted at the N2 level. - Living in a country other than Japan. - Candidates who are able to work in Japan for the mid to long term (approximately 5 years or more) ■ Welcome Requirement Business level English or higher

Overtime hours: 11.1 hours on average

■Annual Salary
Assumed annual salary: 3.9 to 9.8 million yen (monthly salary + bonus + overtime)
*Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability.
*Bonus will be paid twice a year (previous year's actual: approximately 4 months' salary) 
   **It may change depending on the business performance.
*There is a trial period of 2 months (salary and benefits will not differ during the trial period).

■Company Housing System
We will set up a rented apartment in a location that is commutable to the project to which you will be assigned. Employees are required to pay 20,000 yen for the apartment. (*Employees are responsible for their own utility expenses.)

*Eligible employees: Those residing overseas. Employees residing overseas who wish to work in Japan for personal reasons, such as having family members or fiancé(e) in Japan, are not eligible for the "travel expenses covered" and "company housing system" .
