【Your Role】
You will be responsible for development across a wide range of areas, from the backend to infrastructure. In addition to core development, based on individual interests and aspirations, there are opportunities to take on architectural design for large-scale and high-complexity systems, development planning, project promotion in collaboration with Research and BizDev teams, and development team management. The company also plans to further drive development utilizing machine learning, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Key Responsibilities
・Developing features that leverage LLMs to summarize user-accumulated information and transform it into actionable insights.
・Feature development and performance optimization to provide high-quality, personalized information recommendations for each user.
・Designing and developing visualization features for insights derived from information shared within an organization.
・Leading the autonomous development of a new service (PaaS) as a founding engineer, driving the process from verification to implementation.
・Defining resource requirements and interfaces in collaboration with machine learning engineers developing document analysis engines.
・Driving development to solve business challenges through close communication with product managers.

You will play a pivotal role in evolving alongside the product by making full use of advanced technology.

■Engage in Advanced Search and Recommendation via LLM × SaaS Development
・The company is actively developing its own proprietary LLM. While its primary product, Anews, is a B2B SaaS, its nature as a news platform requires highly advanced recommendation and search technologies, offering opportunities to tackle high-difficulty development challenges.
・The environment allows engineers to attempt the commercialization of business document analysis—a feat not yet fully achieved by general-purpose LLMs or document analysis services from major cloud providers.
・Gain hands-on experience in bringing LLM and multimodal AI to life within actual, production-level services.

■Team-Based Development in Collaboration with PdM, Design, BizDev, and Research
