Required Skills and Experiences
[Mandatory Requirements] ・Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field ・Hands-on experience in RF PCB design for high-frequency applications (mmWave or Microwave) ・Proven track record in designing RF passive components, such as combiners, splitters, couplers, and filters ・Proficiency in EM simulation tools such as HFSS ・Familiarity with circuit simulation tools including Qucs, SPICE, or ADS ・Technical knowledge of 5G mmWave frequency bands and associated design constraints ・Native-level proficiency in either Japanese or English [Preferred Requirements] ・Experience using RF measurement instruments such as VNA, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators ・Background in firmware or embedded software development ・Experience in test automation using Python ・Knowledge of low-level communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, and UART ・Proficiency in version control using Git/GitHub [Desired Candidate Profile] ・Willing to work on development that spans both hardware and software ・Enjoys solving problems while working directly with physical devices ・Able to independently learn new technical fields

A deep-tech startup developing "V-Mesh," a next-generation network infrastructure utilizing millimeter-wave (mmWave) technology. The company combines proprietary glass repeaters with AI-driven MESH network software to establish stable, ultra-high-speed wireless communication for the 5G, Beyond 5G, and 6G eras. Currently conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) experiments for commercialization in collaboration with universities and major corporations. Full-scale deployment is targeted for 2027.
