[Recruitment Background]
Growing number of implementation projects across Japan. To further expand our market share and enhance service quality, we are seeking professionals to drive DX within logistics operations and on-site environments across various industries.

[Job Overview]
Cooperate with the company's sales staff to manage the entire process from technical proposals in the pre-sales segment to internal handovers before project commissioning. You will be responsible for interfacing with customers on technical requirements and formulating automation solutions based on the system.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Definition of technical requirements: Interfacing with the user, equipment, or IT departments of customers to coordinate technical specifications in cooperation with sales staff.
・Formulation of solutions: Developing warehouse logistics automation solutions based on self-developed vision-guided unmanned forklift/tractor systems.
・Technical proposals and bidding: Writing technical bids (including project plans, product selection, technical parameters, acceptance methods, and time points) and answering technical questions in collaboration with sales staff.
・Pre-commissioning handover: Training the project department and after-sales team on project plans and acceptance methods based on the technical tender.
・Management of technical documents: Collecting and organizing qualifications, certifications, and patents required by the bidding process.

[Team Composition]
Customer support conducted in teams consisting of one Manager and two to three members.

[Tech Stack]
・Microsoft Office and other business productivity software
・2D CAD software

[Clients]
Partnerships across diverse industries including tires, food, petrochemicals, E-commerce, 3PL, and pharmaceuticals.

[Work Environment]
・Sales team composed of Japanese nationals; 80% of solution engineers are Chinese nationals
・Active participation of professionals in their 30s and 40s at the Japan branch

Internal documents and meetings are conducted in Chinese, while customer interactions are handled in Japanese.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Proficiency in drawing, simulation, animation, and office software ・Business-level Japanese communication skills [Preferred Requirements] ・Experience in pre-sales solutions within the industrial mobile robot (AGV) or automation equipment integration industries ・Knowledge of systems such as PLC and WCS ・Professional experience in the automation equipment industry [Desired Candidate Profile] ・Rigorous and logical mindset with a strong sense of confidentiality and corporate ethics ・Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to analyze and solve problems ・High level of creativity and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks ・Strong sense of responsibility with an honest and proactive approach to work ・Perspective on holistic optimization and exceptional proposal capabilities

3,360,000 JPY – 5,400,000 JPY
Monthly salary: 367,480 JPY – 590,600 JPY
Salary structure: Monthly salary × 12 months + Annual bonus (scheduled once a year) + Various allowances

Five-day work week (Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays)
Special leave (congratulatory/condolence, childcare, nursing care, etc.)
*Annual paid leave: 10–12 days
