Required Skills and Experiences
■Qualifications and Skills
- Speak business-level English
- JLPT N2 certification or equivalent Japanese language proficiency
- Basic PC operational knowledge and skills are required. Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Flexible to work on shift duties for supporting 24x7 operation.
■Preferred Qualifications
- Solid working experience in service desk operations for financial applications is highly preferred.
- Experience in monitoring tools (e.g. JP1, Elasticsearch) and ticketing system (e.g. JIRA, Redmine) is preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and able to liaise between level-2/level-3 support.
