■Business Overview
As a manufacturer, our company handles everything from planning and development to sales of electronic component mounting robots and machine tools.


■Hiring Background
Our clients are increasingly adopting IT solutions to enhance the efficiency of both robots and operators in their factories. To support this, we are strengthening our team by hiring new talent to accelerate the adoption of technologies that connect various functions via APIs, convert Windows-based tools to web applications, and more. We also plan to make these functions available through cloud platforms like AWS in the future.


■Position Overview
Currently, we have around 200 software engineers on staff, divided into project teams. These teams work on diverse projects, ranging from embedded software development and server cloud migration to the development of production management applications.

During the interview process, we will determine your assignment based on your experience and preferences. We especially encourage applications from candidates with experience in the following areas:

■Job Description
You will be responsible for developing system software to enable efficient operation of robots.

≪Examples of Development Projects≫
- A CAD-like tool for creating dedicated programs to operate robots
- Tools for efficiently assigning tasks to multiple robots and optimizing task sequences
- Tools to manage parts used in production, guiding workers in placing the correct parts on robots
- Tools for monitoring robot activity, analyzing defects, maintaining traceability, and visualizing data
- Tools for system integration with robots and peripherals to enable various automation processes


■Work Environment
- We have a diverse workforce with a high percentage of foreign employees on certain projects, including members from India, China, the UK, the USA, Brazil, Taiwan, South Korea, Poland, and Australia.
- Remote work is possible from within Japan. However, since our company is a manufacturing enterprise, new hires will participate in a 1-2 month training program at our headquarters in Aichi after joining.


■Internal Language
The primary language used internally is Japanese, although some teams also use English. For teams that frequently work with overseas clients, meetings and negotiations may be conducted in English. If you are interested in using English in your work, please mention it during your interview.

■Required: Development Skills For individuals with experience in any of the following areas: ・Software design (class diagrams, sequence diagrams, ER diagrams) ・More than 2 years of programming (C++, C#, Java) ・Development tools (Visual Studio, Eclipse) ・Configuration management tools (Git, SubVersion) ・Database (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) ■Ideal Applicants ・Able to take on new challenges (without fear of failure)

■Assumed Annual Salary
・We will determine the salary based on the current annual salary and your past experience/skills.
・Salary increase once a year (April)
・Bonus: Twice a year (July/December)


■Working Hours
・Flexible working hours
・Core time: 10:30-15:00
・Flexible hours: 7:15-10:30, 15:00-22:00
・Standard work hours: 8:30-17:00 (8:45-17:15 at Tokyo and Osaka branches)
・Monthly average of overtime: 30 hours or less
