[ Job Overview ]
This role involves working with clients considering the implementation of CRM, SFA, or MA systems, starting from IT consulting prior to system selection. The Project Leader will design and propose solutions/architectures, and then manage the entire process through requirements definition, design, development, testing, and release.

Required Skills and Experiences

[ Mandatory Requirements ] *Must meet at least one of the following criteria: ・Possess 3 or more years of implementation and leadership experience with ERP or industry/business-specific systems. ・Experience with customer-facing systems such as Salesforce or ZOHO. ・Proven ability to assess and evaluate technology or packaged products and propose concrete solutions for business requirements and challenges. [ Preferred Requirements ] ・Strong communication skills. ・Ability to explain clearly and concisely, coupled with negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving. ・Aptitude for learning new technologies. ・Industry knowledge and/or development experience in the following areas: 　‐Industry Knowledge: Finance, Manufacturing. 　‐Experienced Fields: Upstream client negotiation, customer management, data integration, call center, marketing, ERP/core systems (sales management), e-commerce sites, experience in implementing cloud services/packaged products, data modeling experience (conceptual and logical models).

Working Condition

[ Employment Type ]
Full-time employee. Probationary period: 3 months.

[ Expected Annual Salary ]
Annual Salary: 7,000,000 JPY - 9,000,000 JPY

Monthly salary system:
‐Monthly salary: 330,000 JPY or more (including base salary of 240,000 JPY or more and duties allowance of 90,000 JPY or more).
*The duties allowance covers 45 hours of deemed overtime per month.

*Includes a fixed overtime payment for 45 hours.
*Salary review once a year; bonus twice a year.
*Compensation is determined according to company regulations, considering work history and experience.
*Performance, not seniority, drives evaluation and salary increases.

[ Working Hours ]
Standard Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Actual working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes)

If flextime is necessary, employees can choose from the following alternative start times upon prior application:
・8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
・8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
・9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Break time: 60 minutes. Overtime work: Yes.
*The company implements a "No Overtime Day" twice a month.

・Complete two days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
