[Job Overview]
Project management (PM) operations for autonomous forklift (AGF) deployment projects in the Japanese market, leading the entire project lifecycle from planning and risk management to coordinating internal and external resources both domestically and internationally.

[Key Responsibilities]
■ Project Planning and Progress Management
・Formulation of project plans, tracking of progress, leadership in technical discussions with clients, and issue resolution
・Task reviews for domestic projects, creation of implementation outlines, and supervision of related document organization and archiving
・Project execution oversight, risk management, resource coordination, and formulation of emergency backup plans

■ Client Management and Resource Coordination
・Collection and analysis of client needs, determination of priorities, and provision and tracking of solutions leveraging internal resources
・Appropriate management and coordination of internal and external resources to ensure smooth project execution according to plan

■ Troubleshooting and Reporting
・Regular and timely generation of reports regarding progress status, phased deliverables, and the completion of key milestones
・Timely communication regarding existing and potential issues, organization of relevant stakeholders, and proposal and execution tracking of alternative solutions

■ Quality Improvement and Project Review
・Leadership in project completion reviews, including verification of goal achievements, process analysis, and summarization of lessons learned
・Collection of Voice of Customer (VOC) data, alongside standardization of project management operations and continuous service quality improvement

Partnerships across diverse industries including tires, food, petrochemicals, E-commerce, 3PL, and pharmaceuticals.

[Work Environment]
・Sales team composed of Japanese nationals; 80% of solution engineers are Chinese nationals
・Active participation of professionals in their 30s and 40s at the Japan branch
・Established in April 2022, with a current team of approximately 20 members

[Workplace Language]
Japanese / Chinese
Internal documents and meetings are conducted in Chinese, while customer interactions are handled in Japanese.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering, and a bachelor's degree or higher ・Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, specifically with AGV projects ・Experience in business requirement analysis and system design, along with deep knowledge of logistics and supply chain sectors ・Business-level Japanese proficiency, coupled with excellent communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, and willingness to travel for business [Preferred Requirements] ・Certifications or qualifications such as PMP, CSM, or CSP ・Deep familiarity with project management tools and a strong technical background [Desired Candidate Profile] ・Highly motivated individuals who can collaborate effectively with others through excellent communication and teamwork. ・Cool-headed individuals who can analyze and solve issues calmly, while responding flexibly and resiliently under pressure.

[Expected Annual Salary]
4,000,000 JPY – 8,000,000 JPY
Salary structure: Monthly salary × 12 months + Annual bonus (scheduled once a year) + Various allowances

Complete 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), Public holidays, Special leave (condolence, childcare, nursing care, etc.), Year-end and New Year holidays, Summer holidays
*Annual paid leave: 10–12 days
