The company develops and operates the "Hayaimon Series," a suite of 13 Real Estate Brokerage DX SaaS products. These solutions automate manual onsite tasks such as property data entry and vacancy confirmation. In this position, you will lead the design, construction, and operation of cloud infrastructure, driving business growth from a technical standpoint. During this transformative period, we are looking for someone who can take significant discretion as a playing leader to push the growth of both the organization and the products.

[Job Overview]
Lead the SRE team as a technical head. While remaining hands-on with design, construction, and operations, you will also provide technical support and manage the workflow of team members.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Lead the design, construction, and operation of cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
・Spearhead incident response, operational quality improvements, and performance tuning.
・Handle the design, development, and maintenance of in-house systems and web services.
・Promote technical and organizational improvement initiatives.
・Drive team building to enhance overall performance.
・Manage task follow-ups and provide technical mentoring for team members.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Proven experience in designing and building infrastructure architecture. ・Background in service design, construction, operation, and maintenance on AWS (GCP/Azure or other public clouds are also acceptable). ・Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform. ・Experience leading a team, regardless of the size or scale. ・Strong orientation toward driving a team while remaining actively involved in hands-on technical work. Working Condition

[Expected Annual Salary]
6,000,000 JPY - 10,000,000 JPY

[Monthly Salary]
500,000 JPY - 833,000 JPY (Base salary: 380,952 JPY+ / Fixed overtime allowance: 119,048 JPY+ for 40 hours per month. Excess overtime paid separately.)

[Working Hours]
・Flextime System
‐Core time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
‐Flexible time: Start 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM / End 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
‐Standard working hours: 8 hours per day (approx. 160 hours per month)
*Average monthly overtime: 14 hours (previous year's result)
・Remote work: 2 days per week for engineers / 1 day per week for business staff
