Job Description

Enisense is based not only in Japan but also in Vietnam, where we develop our own products and services for our customers.
We are looking for a bridge SE who can bridge the gap between local engineers and Japan and lead the project to success.

Specific duties
You will be involved in a series of tasks such as checking the specifications of development projects commissioned in Japan, development management, acceptance inspection, delivery, maintenance, etc. to overseas offices.
Communication with local engineers
Requirement definition, design, development, testing, and operation
Creation and translation of design documents in Vietnamese
Source code review, schedule and task management
Test debugging and quality control
Other general product management
Progress monitoring and reporting

&lt;Communication
The most important part of the development process at Enisense is open communication within the company. We maximize team productivity by keeping track of team resources and helping each other out.

&lt;Testing in a demo environment
In our own services, we develop highly practical products through repeated testing. We are able to collect opinions across teams and go through trial and error.

＜PDCA Cycle
In development, the PDCA cycle is emphasized as a constant, high-speed cycle. It is necessary to always have a high level of motivation to solve problems, and to take on challenges and verify them spontaneously.

&lt;Development team structure and environment
Currently, 4 members are in charge of web systems and 2 members are in charge of applications. (One of them is in charge of overall management.)
Existing projects are mainly in PHP, but the most recent project is Rails development.
For Android development, we have adopted Kotlin, a language that replaces Java, and for iOS development, we have adopted Swift.
We encourage our staff to introduce and develop trendy technologies on their own.
We are also very close to other departments, so we try to work closely with them, either over the desk or directly talking to the person in charge.

&lt;Rewarding
In some projects, we are able to build the latest languages and server environments, allowing us to put the skills we have acquired to good use.
In addition, there are not only web systems but also application projects, so I can work on what I am interested in without hesitation.
We also take on the challenge of developing projects that incorporate the latest trends, such as new languages and architectures.

Required Skills and Experiences
