Required Skills and Experiences
[Mandatory Requirements] ・Japanese language communication skills (written and spoken) ・Experience continuously collaborating with members from other departments to drive projects and initiatives forward ・Experience organizing abstract information, such as customer requests and business requirements, and defining them as requirements ・Ability to structure and abstract information and concepts, verbalizing them into essential premises necessary for development decisions ・Experience with overall design of functionality/experience and Information Architecture (IA) in web services or applications ・Experience participating in development decisions for products undergoing continuous improvement and expansion ・Experience prioritizing and making development decisions while collaborating with multiple roles, such as PdMs, EMs, and engineers [Preferred Requirements] ・Experience taking an active role in driving business or service launches during 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 phases ・Experience serving as a main point of contact for customer negotiations and maintaining ongoing communication needed to advance projects and initiatives ・Experience using tools such as Figma or Miro to organize and share requirements and information structures ・Experience involvement in the implementation of web applications or mobile apps (focusing on understanding design and decision-making over implementation itself) ・Experience discussing routinely with engineers to adjust specifications and priorities ・Experience with UI design based on information structure, incorporating concepts such as Object-Oriented UI (OOUI) or Task-Oriented UI ・Experience in rich expression or experience design, such as 3D, video, or games ・Interest in technologies and expressions that expand experience value, such as generative art or interactive expressions [Desired Candidate Profile] ・Candidates who can understand overall company and product policies, define their own role, and translate it into decisions and actions ・Candidates who can explore all means and approaches to get closer to optimal solutions in the absence of absolute answers or established rules ・Candidates who can align premises and discussion points across departments and roles to keep development decisions moving forward ・Candidates who can act while considering the impact on the overall product and other development lines, without limiting themselves strictly to their assigned domain ・Candidates who can treat tasks as their own responsibility, thinking deeply about "WHY doing it" and "WHETHER to do it now," rather than simply executing assigned work ・Candidates who can enjoy trial and error to achieve better decisions and outcomes, without clinging to existing practices ・Candidates who do not blame environments or others when progress stalls, treating communication delivery and premise clarification as part of their own responsibility
