■Business Overview
Our division is a small business unit with fewer than 30 members, and we mainly engage in direct contracts with companies, working on their products, services, and operational systems. At our company, we don’t simply develop software as requested, but rather, we proactively identify fundamental issues and propose solutions to resolve them. A key feature of our approach is that we work closely with our clients, designing processes, architecture, and investment outcomes while driving digital transformation (DX).


■Recruitment Background
The Tech Division currently consists of around 25 members, handling approximately 30 diverse projects across about 20 companies. As we expect to take on larger and more complex projects in the future, we are looking for members who can play a central role in the team. We also plan to expand our business overseas in the future, so we encourage applicants interested in globalization, both within and outside the company, to apply.


■Job Description
In this role, you will be involved from the architecture design phase in the launch of new businesses. You will work closely with customers to build systems that support business growth, optimize costs, and establish operational processes. You will also engage in initiatives that deeply impact the customer's business, such as participating in highly uncertain and constrained projects from the upstream phase, including the launch of new ventures.

We are looking for someone who is not only capable of leading and hands-on participation in projects but also willing to actively contribute to organizational management by mentoring junior staff and managing teams.

- Development and maintenance of consumer-facing apps and digital marketing platforms for internet cafes and karaoke chains

- Enhancing and managing high-traffic sites and e-commerce sites built using Jamstack architecture

■About the foreign engineers working with us
・Number of members: 2 out of 25 members.
・Number of partners: 6 out of 15-20 partners.
- Nationalities: The United States, India, Taiwan, China, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Russia
- We currently operate with hybrid work for at least three days a week. However, when foreign employees temporarily return to their home countries, we plan in advance with the team or project, and we have successfully implemented long-term remote work for about two weeks to a month.


■In-house language
Meetings and document creation are conducted in Japanese. When directing overseas engineers, communication will be conducted in English.

Required Skills and Experiences

・Assumed annual salary: 4.68 - 7.54 million yen
・Monthly salary: 360,000 yen to 580,000 yen (including 70,000 yen to 110,000 yen for 30 hours of overtime premium pay)
・Discretionary labor system: Discretionary labor system for specialized work 9.5 hours per day
*Overtime in excess of the above will be paid in full separately.
・Bonus based on performance and evaluation
