【Job Description】
As a Solution Architect, you will support sales activities aimed at driving business growth, with a focus on large enterprise clients. This position involves providing technical support, solution design, and project management for potential clients prior to contract signing.
Working closely with our consulting sales team, you will analyze client challenges—including their existing systems—and propose optimal technical solutions using our flagship product, Mico Engage AI.

【Responsibilities】
・Understand and assess clients’ current system environments through interviews and technical discovery
・Design initiatives to address marketing challenges and drive digital transformation (DX)
・Develop deep expertise in Mico Engage AI and propose tailored solutions based on its capabilities
・Create technical documents such as proposals and requirement specifications
・Design ER diagrams, data structures, and basic system architectures
・Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support deal closing
・Manage project progress and provide technical direction throughout delivery

【About the Product – Mico Engage AI】
Mico Engage AI is a customer communication platform designed for B2C businesses, with built-in integrations for social media channels. It enables centralized customer data management and personalized content delivery, helping brands turn users into loyal fans and increase their LTV (lifetime value).
Moving forward, we aim to expand Mico Engage AI into a multi-channel solution that goes beyond reliance on any single platform (e.g., LINE), strengthening our presence in the conversational commerce market—expected to reach a size of ¥18 trillion by 2025.

Required Skills and Experiences
