■Recruitment Background

- Those who have experience in infrastructure management or testing within development projects and wish to broaden their scope to become engineers.

■Job Description
This position will be responsible for defining requirements, design, programming, testing, implementation and infrastructure infrastructure construction in system construction. （The project leader will be responsible for the development and implementation of the system, including the definition of requirements, design, programming, testing, implementation, and infrastructure construction.)
Project leaders need problem-solving skills, expertise, specialized skills, teamwork, and the ability to catch trends.
Programmers are required to learn multiple development languages, as development languages often differ depending on OS and smart devices.


■Examples of Assigned Projects
- Development project for internal communication tools and numerical management for a food service chain.
- Application development for wearable devices by a major electronics manufacturer.
- Development of packaged tools, responsible for everything from infrastructure to software construction.
- Development of a System Using 3D CAD.

■Post-employment Process
We welcome those with no prior experience. A training period of approximately three months will be provided, and starting from the fourth month, you will join a project and work under the guidance of a senior colleague. In some cases, training may continue beyond the fourth month.

The IT industry evolves at a pace that is tens of times faster every few years, so individuals who can study and keep up with technological advances on their own will be a good fit.

■Salary
Experienced workers: 220,000 yen/month and up
Salary will be determined in consideration of your experience, ability, and previous salary.
Please consult with us at the time of interview for details of the conditions of employment.
We will take your experience and age into consideration when determining your salary.
Commuting expenses of up to 40,000 yen will be provided.
There is a trial period (maximum 3 months)

9:00-18:00 (1 hour break)
Overtime work is approximately 10 to 30 hours per month.
