The Technical Support Manager is responsible for providing technical support using both Japanese and English. Mainly responsible for IT infrastructure operation & maintenance, helpdesk operations, bilingual support for on-site services and communication with overseas vendors in English for foreign companies based in Japan.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Mandatory Requirements ・Japanese communication skills equivalent to N2 or above and business level English skills ・At least 3 year of IT technical support, help desk, or operator experience ・At least 3 year of IT infrastructure experience (network, server, infrastructure-related cloud operations, etc.) ※At least 3 year of infrastructure-related experience in a development role. ■Welcome Requirements The following national certifications and vendor qualifications are a plus ・National certifications: Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination, Applied Information Technology Engineer Examination, Network Specialist Examination ・Vendor certifications: CCNA, LPIC, ITIL, LinuC, CompTIA, AWS certification, etc.

Working Condition

■ Employment Type: Full-time 
Trial period: 3 months

■ Estimated annual salary: 4.5~5 million yen
・Monthly salary: 380,000-420,000 yen + benefits + overtime paid separately + incentive bonus (twice a year)
・Salary increase: Twice a year in April and October
・Promotion: Twice a year
・Incentive bonus: Incentive bonuses are paid twice a year if the amount of contracts with customers exceeds a certain level.

＜Examples of career progression＞
Immediately after joining the company: Japanese-English bilingual help desk (6 months) 
      Annual salary: 4.0 million yen
Project 2: Network operation and maintenance at a foreign company (2nd year) 
      Annual salary: 4.5 million yen
Project 3: Network design and construction including coordination with overseas vendors (current) 
      Annual salary: 6.4 million yen

■ Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
※Shift work and night shifts may be required depending on the project in which you participate.
