■ Job Description
・Gain practical skills and knowledge through a well-structured training system—perfect for those who want to specialize in automotive mechanical design.
・You will be responsible for the mechanical design of automotive devices. Specific product assignments will vary depending on project needs, your experience, and timing. Final assignments will be discussed during the interview.
・We handle all design phases, from concept and detail design to mass production, under direct contract with manufacturers. Our technical capabilities are highly regarded by leading electronics companies.

Some employees have been promoted to positions such as section manager or department manager in their 30s.
・Example annual salary models:
 - 35 y/o Section Manager: ¥4.5M (excl. overtime)
 - 40 y/o Section Manager: ¥5.4M (excl. overtime)
 - 41 y/o Department Manager: ¥6.1M

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required Qualifications ・5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design ・Educational background in science and engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering ・Experience using 3D CAD software ・One or more of the following experiences or skill sets: └ Experience in designing electronic devices └ Experience in designing products with similar structures or mechanisms, such as copiers *We will make a comprehensive selection decision based on the overall balance of your experience and skills.

Working Condition
