At our company, which promotes advancement in regenerative medicine and drug discovery research, you will be responsible for mechanical engineering (design, development, manufacturing) of equipment used in these fields.
This role contributes to the automation and efficiency of research through our equipment.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Selection of procured parts and mechanical assembly in the assembly of various devices
・Mechanical design and development using 2D/3D CAD (mechanism design, layout design, component design, strength calculation)
・Engineering of delivered equipment at customer sites
*Projects range from small components worth tens of thousands of yen to automated systems worth hundreds of millions of yen.
*You will proceed in a role similar to a project manager, collaborating with internal members such as sales, manufacturing, and software engineers.

・Construction of cell culture and automated experiment systems in the iPS cell and regenerative medicine fields for pharmaceutical companies

Remarks: Annual salary ¥5,130,000 - ¥8,000,000, base monthly salary ¥325,710 - ¥507,420 including fixed overtime pay of ¥101,790 - ¥158,580 per month

Allowances: Commuting allowance (paid according to company regulations), fixed overtime allowance equivalent: 40.0 hours/month

・Standard working hours: 9:00 - 18:00
(This schedule is set for client interactions, but a full-flextime system is available to work according to individual schedules)
・Prescribed daily working hours: 8 hours (60 minutes break)
