■ Job Overview
The Engineering Solution Department is responsible for the basic and detailed design, as well as the overall coordination, of new construction and modification projects for oil and chemical plants.
Specifically, you will handle the following:
・Inter-disciplinary Coordination: Coordinate and integrate various specialized fields, including Process, Piping, Equipment, Instrumentation/Electrical, and Civil/Architecture.
・Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to plant construction project departments.
・Client Consultation: Conduct technical negotiations and propose optimal design solutions to customers.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Mandatory Requirements Applicants must possess both of the following: ・Engineering Experience: Practical experience in the engineering, design, construction, or maintenance of plants or production facilities. ・Communication Skills: Ability to facilitate smooth coordination and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. ■ Preferred Requirements ・Experience in specialized design for Piping, Equipment, Process, or Electrical/Instrumentation. ・Experience operating AutoCAD, HTRI, or PRO/II. ・Experience in project management or as a leader in plant construction projects. ・Holders of technical certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), 1st-Class Construction Management Engineer, or High Pressure Gas Production Safety Commissioner.

Working Condition

■ Expected Annual Salary
Estimated Annual Salary: ¥6M – ¥8.5M (Overtime allowance: Yes)
Monthly Salary: ¥320,000 – ¥430,000
Salary Examples:
‐Late 20s: ¥5.5M (Base ¥290k + Bonus)
‐Early 30s: ¥6.5M (Base ¥340k + Bonus)

■ Salary Notes
・Salary ranges are broad to accommodate applicants across a wide range of age groups and experience levels.
・Compensation will be commensurate with individual skills and experience.
・The expected annual salary is an estimate; the final amount will be determined through the selection process.
・There is no fixed overtime pay (overtime is paid based on actual hours worked).

■ Salary Increase: Once a year (July)
■ Bonus: Twice a year (June and November) *FY2024 results: 6.91 months' worth

9:00 – 17:50 (Scheduled working hours: 7h 50m / Break: 60m)
Overtime may occur up to 20:00 at the latest, but we place a high priority on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

・Child Education Allowance: Monthly payments based on the number of dependent children (¥16,000 for the first child; an additional ¥8,000 per child thereafter).
・Rent Subsidy (Rental Housing): ¥66,000/month for singles and ¥93,000/month for those with families in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama. Amounts vary from ¥47,000 to ¥93,000 depending on location and family status.
・Housing Allowance (Homeowners): ¥20,000 per month.
・Housing Savings Plan: System for housing-specific savings is available.
・Comprehensive Insurance: Health, Welfare Pension, Nursing Care, and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance.
・Training Programs: Includes specialized technical education, hierarchical management training, and certification-specific courses.
