■ Job Overview
You'll be broadly responsible for the development, evaluation, support, and implementation assistance of electrical control circuit design for the company's in-house developed semiconductor control equipment. This position offers ample opportunities to hone your skills in a global environment.

■ Key Responsibilities
・Designing, evaluating, and maintaining electrical control circuits using PLCs.
・Developing and supporting control circuits for sensors, actuators, and robots.
・Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with engineers at overseas locations.
・Creating design data and managing/adjusting development schedules.
・You'll also have the option to mentor junior team members, depending on your technical experience.
*This role is perfect for those who want to be involved end-to-end, from design to implementation, and for those who want to leverage their knowledge of PLCs and control devices.

You'll be responsible for the overall development and support of electrical control circuits for the following products:
・Wafer Tape Laminator
・Wafer Tape Remover
・Wafer Frame Mounter
・Wafer UV Irradiation Machine
・Newly developed equipment

*Location & Scope of Work
・Initial Placement: You'll start at the Head Office (address: 43-1 Harabuta, Kagiya-cho, Tokai City, Aichi Prefecture).
・Future Locations: The company may assign you to other work locations as determined by the company.

Electrical control and software functions are interdependent in device development, fostering active knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

■ Level of Japanese Usage
Both Japanese and English are used. Internal meetings are in Japanese, while product-related communications with overseas partners may be in English.

・Foreign national members are present at headquarters (1) and overseas branches (5-6 in Singapore and the U.S.).

■ Required Technical Skills & Experience ・Experience in electrical/electronic circuit development or experience studying electrical/electronic engineering at a technical position or university *Any industry is welcome ■ Required Language Skills ・No aversion to communicating in English.*Motivated to learn English after entering the company ・Business experience in Japanese. ■ Preferred Requirements ・Experience in FA equipment development ・Electrical and electronic CAD knowledge ・Experience of working with hardware (mechatronics) and software ・Experience of working in the semiconductor and semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry ・Experience of working in a multicultural environment, including overseas assignments *In recent semiconductor manufacturing equipment development, there's a growing need for technical knowledge in electrical circuit design, particularly concerning functional safety and compliance with various international standards. Working Condition

■ Employment Type
Permanent employee. Probation period: 3 months.

■ Expected Annual Salary
4,500,000 yen - 5,500,000 yen
 Monthly salary: ¥286,300 - ¥350,000 yen
 Including basic salary of ¥286,300 or more per month
Bonus: Paid twice a year (5.3 months bonus in the previous year)

08:50〜18:00

*Overtime allowance: Yes (paid separately according to overtime hours)
