■ Job Overview
You will join the Materials & Welding Technology Group within the Inspection & Welding Technology Department (Safety & Quality Division).

Specifically, you will handle the following:
・Investigating causes of corrosion and damage in plant equipment materials.
・Conducting various tests on metallic materials (corrosion tests, mechanical tests, etc.).
・Providing internal training and education regarding corrosion and damage of metallic materials.

Working Condition

As this is a regular full-time position (Sogo-shoku), there is a possibility of future department transfers or relocations. However, such decisions are made with careful consideration of the individual's personal situation and family circumstances.

■ Expected Annual Salary
Estimated Annual Salary: ¥4.7M – ¥8.5M (Overtime allowance: Yes)
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥430,000
Salary Examples:
‐Late 20s: ¥5.5M (Base ¥290k + Bonus)
‐Early 30s: ¥6.5M (Base ¥340k + Bonus)

■ Salary Notes
・Salary ranges are broad to accommodate applicants across a wide range of age groups and experience levels.
・Compensation will be commensurate with individual skills and experience.
・The expected annual salary is an estimate; the final amount will be determined through the selection process.
・There is no fixed overtime pay (overtime is paid based on actual hours worked).

■ Bonus: Twice a year (June and November) *FY2024 results: 6.91 months' worth

08:45 – 17:35 (Prescribed working hours: 7 hours 50 minutes / Break: 60 minutes)

・Housing Allowance (Homeowners): ¥20,000 per month.
