Division: Technology Division (Telematics Service Department, Mobility Service Department, In-house Development Promotion Department, Connected Technology Department)

The Technology Division promotes the following businesses with the mission of contributing to society by creating the mobility platform of the future.
・Development of systems and operation of systems and services as a service provider
・Development of systems used for services planned and provided by the company, and operation of systems and services
・System development and system operation to keep services running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
・Promotion of initiatives to maintain high system (software) quality

As a Software Engineer, you will utilize your expertise in software development to plan, design, develop, test and maintain high quality, innovative software systems and applications for software enhancements and new products.

【Specifically】
・Design an IT architecture that maintains the quality (consistency, coherence, etc.) of the entire information system to realize the client's business strategy, utilizing cloud, hardware, and software-related technologies (application-related technologies and methodologies).
・Confirm that the designed architecture constitutes a solution to the problem and that subsequent development and implementation are feasible.
・Identify the criteria that the information system must meet to constitute a solution.
・Preliminary impact assessment of technical risks to feasibility

Required Skills and Experiences

Required ・3+ years of experience in programming in some programming language and maintain business level programming skills in at least one language.　・Able to confirm requirements and specifications, and perform detailed design and programming. <Development methodologies, etc.> *In addition to the above, experience in any of the following ・Basic knowledge of development methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, etc. ・Knowledge of issue management and risk management ・Knowledge of development tools such as IDEs and frameworks ・Experience implementing configuration management using bug tracking systems, version control systems, and project management systems ・Able to implement process management, man-hour management, and task management ・N1 level Japanese language skills Preferred ・Experience in development and operation of automotive (in-car systems) or MaaS-related systems ・Experience in development and operation of systems used by large scale clients ・Experience contributing in some way to non-stop systems ・Experience in global system development and operation ・Language skills sufficient for global expansion ・Experience in system development using cloud computing ・Experience building cloud systems using serverless
