[Job Overview] 
Participate in the design and development of web services operating on the cloud, collaborating with managers, leaders, and colleagues. Assignments are based on skill and learning speed. 

Projects vary widely in scale, from a few members to dozens (annual budgets range from millions to hundreds of millions of yen).

[Specific Responsibilities] 
Primarily handle development tasks for web services operating on cloud platforms such as AWS and Heroku. Assignments, including screen development and server-side development (updates, batches), are determined by individual preference and skill. 100% of commissioned development work is performed internally.

[Key Responsibilities] 
Design and development work for commissioned development projects. Design and development work for in-house products.

[Project Examples] 
Projects for major domestic chemical manufacturers, electric power retailers, domestic No. 1 share SaaS companies, and SaaS development for new promising ventures.

[Workflow (Post-Joining)] 
Complete a self-study-based training curriculum. Regular follow-up interviews are conducted after joining to address concerns and ensure a smooth transition.

Currently developing a SaaS product for managing retirement funds. Opportunities exist to gain 0-to-1 experience by realizing own ideas despite various constraints. ・Salary System: Monthly salary system.
